Aaron Diehl Trio with Peter washington and kenny washington

Aaron Diehl brings his trio to The Pocket in Manhattan on December 6. The bill names Peter Washington and Kenny Washington alongside Diehl, presenting the group as a three-person performance rather than a solo appearance. The available event information does not specify a theme, guest appearance, tribute, release celebration, residency, or any special late-set framing, so the focus is simply on the trio named on the bill. The Pocket presents the performance in a room arranged for attentive listening, with limited seating and a bar.

The supplied material identifies the act as the Aaron Diehl Trio, with Peter Washington and Kenny Washington, but offers no further biographical background on Diehl or the two Washingtons. It does not state where they are from, their instruments, their musical history, collaborators, recordings, or critical reception. It also supplies no description of the trio’s repertory or musical approach beyond the venue’s broader presentation as a place for jazz musicians. For this listing, the useful certainty is the billed three-person group and its appearance at The Pocket; any fuller account of the players’ careers or the character of their set would go beyond the information provided.
