Little City, Sansara, and Carli & Friend are billed for a Friday night show at Molly Malone’s Irish Pub on South Fairfax Avenue. The available event information names the three performers but gives no further detail on the set, lineup, guests, release, tribute, or other theme for the evening. Music takes place in the Snug, the pub’s separate room behind the front bar, with a stage and its own nearby bar. The front room remains available for talking and drinks before or after the performance.
No background on Little City, Sansara, or Carli & Friend is included with the available show information. Molly Malone’s, however, has a long Los Angeles live-music history: Flogging Molly got its start at the family-run Irish pub. The Snug’s walls carry portraits of longtime customers and Irish figures, placing the performance room within the pub’s own history. The venue is in Mid-Wilshire, near the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, and its recent listings have included live bands on Fridays and Saturdays. Food and drinks are available in the pub, including fish and chips and pints, while the show room keeps attention on the performers.
