Brooklyn Vegan Presents: Swervedriver – raise at 35
Teragram Ballroom1234 W 7th St, Los Angeles 90017
Brooklyn Vegan Presents brings Swervedriver to Teragram Ballroom for a show billed as “raise at 35.” No individual performers or supporting acts are listed in the supplied details, and no further format for the set is given. The concert takes place in Teragram Ballroom’s former 1913 theatre, now a live-music room with a proscenium stage and balcony. The building holds up to 625 standing guests, and its general-admission setup means the floor and balcony give audiences different ways to take in the performance.
The available material identifies the act as Swervedriver, but supplies no biographical background, hometown, lineup details, musical description, past collaborators, releases, or critical notices. It also does not explain whether “raise at 35” refers to a particular album, anniversary, or set concept, so the billing is best read as the name of this specific presentation rather than a claim about the night’s repertoire. With no venue listing copy, social posts, or search results available, there is no further documented context about what Swervedriver will play or how this Los Angeles date fits into their broader story.
Teragram Ballroom gives a former 1913 theatre a second life as a live-music hall, with a proscenium stage, balcony and room for up to 625 standing guests. The historic shell and purpose-built concert setup make the building part of the occasion, while its calendar ranges across touring acts and other live events. Most shows are general admission, so expect to stand and choose your view on the floor; the venue also has three bars, including one in the front lounge and another in its café. Check the listing for the night’s doors and format, since some events use mixed seating. It is at 1234 West 7th Street, on the Westlake side of the Downtown Los Angeles area. The venue’s calendar lists upcoming events, confirming it is operating at this address.
